(4) I have had your letter of the 5th March and

have also noted the paragraph in the I C.F.T.U. Information Bulletin of 31st January, 1951.

As you say, Mr. Foggon wrote to us at length in January explaining the real causes of the closure of this rubber factory. I find that the information given in that letter was forwarded from here at full length to the I.C.F.T.U. on the 26th January.

Considering the dates, however, it seems possible that the editorial staff of the Bulletin might not have seen this information in time for
